My styles and preferences

My favorite fashion styles are 50's/New Look inspired, DIY punk, emo, acadamia, and edwardian. I love interesting sillhouettes that are full of shapes and exagerate the body. I also love showing some skin, so I wear a lot of crop-tops, mesh clothes, mini skirts, and shorts.

Current project(s)

I'm currently working on a punk style dress with a 50's silhouette. I plan to cover the dress with patches, distress the edges, and add some tears. I'll layer a second, patterned skirt over the skirt of the dress, ruche it, and put tears in that too. Then I'll add embellishments like belts, chains, charms, lace, ribbon, safety pins, and more. The image on the left is a sketch I made of my concept before I got the dress I'm using. The image on the right is the dress I will use.
